"Hotel was perfect. It had everything we needed, including a good dinner and breakfast. The staff were excellent too. Important note: At the airport you meet the Platzhirsch shuttle at Parking Area P-29, near the larger P-36. To get to P-29, turn left out of the terminal towards the medical center – and away from the other hotel shuttles! The Platzhirsch shuttle arrives and leaves frequently. For some reason its hotel stop is 200m away from the hotel. In future we will always use this hotel when we stay at FRA Airport because the hotel was just fine and the free shuttle was very important. Good value!"

"The staff were friendly and professional and got me checked in quickly. The room was clean and they had a kiosk self serve so we could grab a snack and a beer, as we didn't want a full meal. I love that they have an airport bus service included although some of the times were getting quite booked.. maybe they are busy enough to need to get a larger bus?"
