"Was perfect for the purpose of our trip"

"As a caveat to this review, I want to note that we stayed here during some of the warmest temperature days that Healy ever has. So our review and experience is definitely tainted by that. The unit was as described. There is a beautiful mountain view off the back of the porch. The recliners are comfortable. It is very close to a grocery store, Rose’s restaurant (great breakfast), and Totem Inn where we watched sports. Unfortately, we were negatively impacted by the warm weather we had. The unit does not have AC, and the heat is preset, always on, and you can’t change it. The unit became quite hot and uncomfortable. The owners did state to open windows and doors if it gets hot and close vents. So we did do that but then had a 2nd problem. Mosquitos. Somehow they made their way into the house. The property manager was very helpful and attempted to resolve that issue for us by closing up any holes in screens.So it was a good location, place was big enough, but the mosquitos and heat for this season were difficult. We appreciate the property manager did everything she reasonably could for us."

"The rooms were small but extremely clean and well equipped. Check in was very smooth and handled by a lot of warmth by the staff . The housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly . And this was the only place where we had full cell signal as well as WiFi in our 9 days trip to Alaska"

"Just as described. Clean, good use of space. Beds were comfortable. Beautiful view of the Denali range from the window. Could have spent way more time enjoying the place! Bring your eye mask! We had perpetual light in June."

"First of all, the communication with the owner was BEYOND excellent. He was very helpful with everything to do while in and around Denali. The home was nearby restaurants, gas stations, grocery, and most important near the Denali park entrance. The home was well stocked and included an ample amount of supplies to make our stay amazing. This has been one of my best VRBO experiences!"

"Darling cabin off the beaten path. Beautiful surroundings. The bed was comfortable. The only down side was the Keurig coffee maker wouldn't work. We tried everything as we are very familiar with Keurig brewers, so the coffee situation wasn't good. We were able to contact the host promptly when we had a small problem with check in. The cabin is very clean and quiet. Highly recommend!"

"Cabin was very clean and view was beautiful. Bathroom was pretty clean too, bring toilet paper. Only down side was that this is not a cabin by its self - there are two cabins and multiple other structures not pictured. The other cabin was also rented with a couple and a dog and was fairly close to ours. We didn’t have issue though and this still felt very private overall! But I would prepare to not be alone if you stay. "
