No help or information whatsoever in trying to accommodate the guests in information about the hotel, the surrounding area and things to do in the hotel. In addition, one day our room was not cleaned and the front desk didn’t want to compensate in any manner except that they were “sorry”. Didn’t even offer anything to help rectify the mistake."

"We had a perfect time at the apartment. Very clean. Well located. All amenities necessary. Just know that bedrooms have no windows but a small see-thru glass piece on the ceiling. That did not bother us for a short stay. The apartment sleeps 6. One full bathroom. We enjoyed it very much "

"Very nice place. Cleaned and organized. However few things must be addressed. 1. Wood flooring across the resort must be replaced or repaired. Nails sticking out caused me step on them few times. 2. Air conditioner in the room works based on motion. In the middle of the night the ac turned off and I had to wake up and shake my hands few times for it to start working again. Not fun at all !!! 3. Host asked us to leave exactly at 11am which was known. However we thought we can check out the...
