The hotel staff is attentive, friendly and genuinely eager to assist! I lost my air pods my second night there and they were able to retrieve them for me! I would definitely stay here again, I felt safe and it was in the middle of everything from the city centre to cute cafes, shopping and numerous great restaurants!"
