It is our great pleasure to welcome you to our Beach Boutique House in El Campello, Alicante, Comunidad Valenciana, Spain.

The Beach Boutique House is located in "Residencial Calanuza" complex, Calle ALTEA 11, EL CAMPELLO 03560, Spain. The complex is located just 50 m from the beach - Calla Lanuza.

Each Beach Boutique House offer a living-room with chimney, 2 double bedrooms, american kitchen, private courtyard with pergola/umbrella, garden furniture, professional grill, one full bathroom and one toilet with lavatory. Free Wi-Fi, Led TV.s with internet, balcony with sea view, air conditioning units, private parking space in front of the property are just some of the facilities offered for your comfort and leisure.

The residential complex has a big pool, children pool, beautiful park, it is fully gated, have all around video surveillance.

On the beach there is a nice bar and live music all summer nights.

Just 20 m from the secondary entrance of the residential complex there is the TRAM station. The TRAM goes in 10 minutes to El Campello centre, 20 minutes to Alicante and 20 minutes to Benidorm. Supermarkets to 10 minutes by TRAM.

There are 2 restaurants available at less than 100 m from the entrance of the residential complex.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour La propriété est propre près de la plage et avec une magnifique piscine. La communication avec le propriétaire est très facile et il est très aidant.

Great experience and relaxing days

Calin’s home was great. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed every bit of our time. The house has everything you may need during your stay. Although the professional grill was not available due to a previous situation, Calin provided us with an electric one. The pool area was great and not very crowded. The beach in front is a small one, and you can go walking, going down some staircases. The use of a car is necessary to get to the place and around the town, but you also have the tram nearby. Calin was very attentive to detail, he welcomed us personally and was very attentive to anything we might need during our stay. We would definetly recommend and come back again!
