The house has 12 rooms with a total area of 170 m², 4 bedrooms, 2 multipurpose rooms, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers, 1 utility room, 1 living room, and a single garage for a medium-sized car. The basement contains 2 multipurpose rooms and the garage. The mezzanine level features a double bedroom, 1 utility room, a kitchen, and a living room. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other two sharing a common bathroom. At the entrance to the house is a small patio that leads to a walkway opening onto the 120 m² garden, which features a barbecue area, tables, chairs, a small outdoor kitchen, a lawn for sunbathing, and a swimming pool.
The villa was completely renovated in 2025 and features all the amenities to make your stay a true vacation experience. The garden was designed with a focus on reusing materials; over 50 solid wood pallets were used to build the walkways and fences. It offers 110 m² of privacy and independence, with a sun-drenched relaxation area, a barbecue with a small bar and sink, and a table (made from recycled pallets) that seats 10 people.

Thanks to its southeast orientation, natural sunlight floods the entire villa, giving you a sense of spaciousness and tranquility during your stay.
You can also relax in the living room on the first floor or in the family room in the basement, which features another cozy space where you can unwind with family and friends. Recycled materials, primarily solid wood, were also used in the design of the rooms.
