"The hotel is right next to a train, so you hear it go by a few times in the day. The hotel gave us ear plugs but honestly wasn't enough. Still loud. The floors were laminate which was nice for cleanliness, but it was cold in the room. Shower and restroom was stocked and clean. Also, it was a rainy evening when I arrived and there were towels surrounding the patio doors on the 2nd floor. Not sure if there was a leak or the water was just seeping through, but it was concerning. All in all of...

"Overall a decent place to stay. We didn't like the fact that the rooms are only made up twice a week. There was a sticker posted in the room stating that this was for "our convenience". Well for your convenience you won't have to make our room as we will not be staying here again!"

"Everything went well! Staff was great, checking in was easy and the room was clean and spacious."

"Nice hotel, smooth check in, plenty of parking, and at great price. Will be staying here again when in the area."

"Room absolutely spotless, well maintained. Only downside is its next to the freeway so all night you do hear the cars’ and trucks all night long. It was hard to not hear all them cars. But otherwise its great room."

"The staff were very helpful and pleasant!! AC worked great!! Room was cleaned everyday. Always parking. Very close to a lot of things. The only downfall was it was very noisy. Great tho. Will book again 😁"

"I love the place, reasonable price"

"Was almost perfect but the floor was really dirty for some reason ."

"Great location and we loved the lobby coffee station, only wish the pool was heated. Great stay and would definitely recommend."

"This hotel was great. Location was perfect for us. The room was big, clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast was okay, they could have used more vegan options but the staff (especially Adalberto and the young man whose name began with a K) did a wonderful job to make sure our dietary needs were met. My daughter enjoyed the heated pool in the evening and for us it was a nice and relaxing way to just sit by the fire after a long day. We would definitely stay here again in the future."

"The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff very friendly and very helpful. Free parking how awesome is that."

"The staff was amazing from check in until check out. The breakfast was kind of disappointing as they didn’t have any meat options the four days we stayed there. The entrance near the elevator floors wasn’t the cleanliness. We didn’t get our room cleaned the 4 days we stayed and we had to asked for towels daily. But otherwise it wasn’t a bad stay for us."

"Aging but we'll maintained. The ambiance is what gives it charm. The restaurant is a surprise. I would return to just have dinner if I'm ever in the area. The staff top to bottom went out of their way to be helpful. Reasonable rates for being so close to Universal and have their own shuttle that runs hourly."
