The Golden Frog Inn

"On a walk on a side road just outside of town my wife tripped and fell face first into the pavement. She sprained her ankle and badly bruised her entire face and her nose was broken in a few places. A stranger gave us a lift back to the hotel. My wife limped into the lobby, Her face wa bleeding and her pants torn. Visibly in pain and shock. The staff only asked her one question: did this happen on their property? They did not offer to call a doctor or other medical assistance, They did not offer first aid or even a fist aid kit. They did not check in on us or even enquire if we needed any assistance. Very disappointing."

"the property is gorgeous and the rooms are comfortable and nice. Don't expect a tv in your room, or a refrigerator. It is more like a very nice bed and breakfast. the restaurant was very nice and moderately priced and breakfast, which is included, was also very good. It is about a 10 minute drive to the little main area of the Valle but not bad. The pool was nice enough, but small. The staff is very friendly and helpful."

"This is a beautiful property and no detail is overlooked. Everything was extremely comfortable for our group of 8 adults. Another plus is that it is walking distance to many restraunts and shops and even a butterfly farm. I highly recommend this property."
