This new modern house is perfect for your escape to Cabo, located in Villas Delmar, next to the One & Only Palmilla Resort and the shops at Palmilla. Watch the whales from the back patio. Amazing beaches with easy to access by walking or take one of two custom golf carts, 4 seater and 6 seater. Complete with 4 king bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, three outdoor living areas, two outdoor dining areas, fire pit, pool, spa, BBQ grill, guests will have everything they need for a memorable stay. This home is light, bright, and was professionally decorated with all custom furnishings. Palmilla is the most upscale gated community in all of Cabo. By golf cart you have easy access to 13 restaurants, grocery store, spa, boutique shopping, art galleries, and even the world's only Clase Azul tequila restaurant. A highly recommended in home chef is available upon request and for an additional fee. Choice of 3 spa's, access to the One & Only resort restaurants. No smoking, no vaping, no pets. As the property owner and experienced visitor, I can assist in airport transportation, spa appointments, yacht cruise, golf and restaurant reservations.
