"I think this property will be great once they have everything in place. When my group checked in, the wardrobe was not installed so there was no place to hang jackets, the was not air conditioning in the room requiring us to have to open the windows which invites the noise from the downtown traffic in. The entry way smell like cat urine. The breakfast was great when it was fresh, but without heat under the pans the food became cold and rubbery by the end of breakfast. Maybe 11am is too late to offer breakfast?"

"Everything was clean and well maintained, and the entire experience felt easy and smooth from start to finish. The staff was kind, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. The location was great and made getting around very convenient. Room service food was also really good. Overall, this was my favorite hotel during our Egypt trip and I would definitely stay here again."

"Had a great stay at this hotel. The only issue I had was with the payment. I secured and confirmed a rate via hotels.com, when I checked in the hotel wanted to charge me a higher rate saying the confirmed rate didn’t include taxes. When I showed them the email confirmation that clearly shows that taxes were included they still wanted to overcharge me. The staff member who attended me (whose name I’ll keep anonymous to protect them) didn’t bother to even call a manager in to get the situation settled, he told me to call hotels.com which I did and thankfully hotels.com was able to get the situation clarified. When I went the next morning to pay my correct balance I spoke to two other employees who called in a manager who seemed irritated as I’m sure this case was brought to their attention by hotels.com. The manager then proceeds to tell me to come back in 2-3 hours for the system to update. I come back later in the evening and the original employee who attended me the first day apologized for the confusion and I settled my bill for the correct amount. While I’m grateful my case went well I’m sure there are countless others they tried to pull this trick on. Be careful and don’t take their word. Always save your confirmation emails and post comments so others are aware of their antics. Holiday Inn Global should read these comments for training and performance evaluation purposes as well."

"We have loved Kempinski hotel in our previous stays elsewhere in the world. This hotel feels relatively a little old and did not give that luxury feel. The afternoon tea was expansive, took a long time to prepare and somewhat stall food. The staff were very nice. Other services were good. "

"Spa was relaxing . Staff very friendly and professional . Made me feel welcome . Shops nearby and affordable prices . Room clean , some part are slightly noisy due to building works going on outside the premises .got a change of room . Overall experience excellent ! "

"Great location where you feel safety and good restaurants , backery shops, vodaphone shop, ATMs are in walking distance. Hostel has Super clean rooms, comfy beds, good hot and cold water in showers, spacious common areas & balcony. Shared kitchen. Good healthy Breakfast is also availabile at super cheap price. Certainly recommend to all future guests."
