Yes, Yes, this was my second time staying at this Resort, I love everything about it, your Staff are all wonderful and amazing! I love the peace and quiet of this location. This is a proper resort, spacious, with a private beach. Rooms have decent size balconies and are of good size with standard amenities. Staff is friendly. One thing to note is that there are no lifts. Even when you get dropped off from the airport you need to go up the stairs to reach reception. Staff is helpful with a luggage. Overall very pleasant stay

the resort was very nice and clean. the staff was great. they have a turtle hatchery on site that you can view. Sammy was the attendant when we looked at the turtle nest and actually got lucky to see turtles hatching. they were released on the beach at sunset and they notified the guests so they could go watch. Sammy is the best!

Seda Lio Resort is a beautiful property, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and accommodating throughout our stay. Since it is located right on Lio Beach, we were able to enjoy the beachfront without the heavy crowds of tourists you often find elsewhere. The only drawback is the location relative to the main town. It is quite far away, and we had to pay 300 pesos for an e-trike each way whenever we wanted to go anywhere outside of the Lio area. It is a wonderful spot if you want to stay put and relax, but the transportation costs do add up if you plan on visiting town frequently.

The staff were patient and very friendly . They helped when we needed tricycles and taxis , and helped arrange out boat tour . The grounds were beautiful .. the pool and restaurant and beach were well kept and we really enjoyed swimming in the pool and the beach . It’s within walking distances to restaurants along the beach. This was gorgeous at sunset . The one downside is that the room balcony was very shady and dark and so the interior of the tom was dark . And room was not well lit so we found it hard to pack suitcases at night.. we also needed more surfaces and table space . We got room service a couple of times and there was nowhere in the room to put the tray and the food.
