"The property is clean, very small, and is in the middle of the woods. It’s not on a main road so it’s a little creepy to come in alone at night. Also, there are two other properties being rented next to this one all in the same lot. There are no stores close by, but there is a person who will sell your breakfast if you wanna eat there."

"Booked and paid for a room. On the day of booking when I arrived at 8:30 pm, staff informed me that they had no vacancy and they overbooked my room to another client. They said they arranged for a friends hotel to stay at with similar amenities instead. The alternate hotel was cheaper, but I didn’t get reimbursement. They were happy to keep the extra money between the room costs. Also, alternate hotel was cheaper for a reason. The room I was given was too small to open my luggage, the front reception area had flying ants everywhere. Luckily, the ants weren’t in the room. Comparing pictures of what I booked for, clearly not equivalent in hotel type. In summary, beware that even if you book weeks in advance this company may bump your reservation for another one. Then they will offer you a worse stay, elsewhere and keep the extra income. Lacking respect and commitment to a prior booking. Expedia says to get in touch next time before alternate arrangements. But this isn’t always practical if you arrive late in the evening and tired."

"The property was exactly as described. Alex and Eva made us feel so welcome and cared for. We purchased food to cook and we also went to a restaurant thats a short walk from the house that alex suggested. We used El Salvador VIP for our transportation to and from the airport and the driver took us to the supermarket that is on the way to the property so we had everything we wanted and needed.The pool is refreshing and being oceanfront was another great aspect of this property as well! The kitchen has all the hardware needed to cook .the AC is nice and cold and the fans are great as well. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for an oceanfront stay at a great price point and i will definitely return to this property!! The host was also very responsive with any questions prior to our stay!"
