"Absolutely beautiful property"

"The house is beautiful, expectacular view. But I was very disappointed in the bathroom cleanliness. Kitchen had a bad smell we had to bleach clean. Upstairs tv had no volume. The cleaning people need to do a deep clean between guests.AC units were great.Cable service was great Netflix etc.Tons of room for multiple guests.Property was great for entertaining.Lastly the location is kind of remote.San salvador, 1 hr awayAny good restaurant was 1 hr away.If you want a remote location to house many guests this place is very good,For us it was a bit too back woods as far as location."

"Breakfast on site with omelettes to order and a wide variety of options, including some local dishes. Staff is very friendly and helpful, fluent in English. Airport shuttle was great! Pool and hot tub, bar, nice restaurant, ice cream shop- everything we needed! Uber had no problem getting us where we wanted to go. "

"The property is clean, very small, and is in the middle of the woods. It’s not on a main road so it’s a little creepy to come in alone at night. Also, there are two other properties being rented next to this one all in the same lot. There are no stores close by, but there is a person who will sell your breakfast if you wanna eat there."

"Booked and paid for a room. On the day of booking when I arrived at 8:30 pm, staff informed me that they had no vacancy and they overbooked my room to another client. They said they arranged for a friends hotel to stay at with similar amenities instead. The alternate hotel was cheaper, but I didn’t get reimbursement. They were happy to keep the extra money between the room costs. Also, alternate hotel was cheaper for a reason. The room I was given was too small to open my luggage, the front reception area had flying ants everywhere. Luckily, the ants weren’t in the room. Comparing pictures of what I booked for, clearly not equivalent in hotel type. In summary, beware that even if you book weeks in advance this company may bump your reservation for another one. Then they will offer you a worse stay, elsewhere and keep the extra income. Lacking respect and commitment to a prior booking. Expedia says to get in touch next time before alternate arrangements. But this isn’t always practical if you arrive late in the evening and tired."
