A pleasant surprise

A very positive experience overall. Very friendly - and helpful - staff. Splendid location: how often do you get to stay in a hotel that’s situated 1500m above sea level? Car required if you wish to visit the surrounding sites and places. We made it a point to visit restaurants in other villages as well as in Andorra La Vella, and immerse ourselves in the lovely Andorran ambience. We visited in low season but we’re rewarded with a very relaxing holiday.

Parecía mejor…

Finalmente el servicio de restaurante a la carta falló mucho, pedí la carne poco hecha y la trajeron muy hecha, el pescado de mi pareja, excesivamente cocinado, en cuanto al desayuno, la verdad bastante pobre para un hotel de 4 estrellas, aunque ya es habitual en zonas turísticas. La habitación bien pero con condensación por humedad, el baño tenía manchas de humedad en la pared, eso si, la cama muy cómoda y el nivel de la calefacción perfecto, no hacía calor.

Hermoso, bien ubicado pero cálido en todo...

Después de 25 anos en estadías en hoteles de montana en clima de nieve, fue la primera vez que dormí en un hotel cálido, y eso me incomoda! En hoteles de clima de frió siempre son calientes, este no! Y la falta de disponibilidad de transportes que no sea tu coche, limita mucho, algo que el hotel prodria resolver se tuviera voluntad.. y es eso le falta en todo en este hotel, voluntad...

Decepcionante

El exterior del hotel (zonas comunes, hall, …) aparenta las supuestas 4 estrellas, pero cuándo entras en la habitación esa ilusión desaparece y pasas a un hotel de 3 o menos. La bañera y el sanitario son del siglo pasado, el ventilador del techo estaba colgando, humedades, suelo de la habitación con unas manchas rojas, sin aire acondicionado y calefacción sin opción de regular la temperatura. En la recepción pareció que les supusiera más una carga que una alegría un nuevo cliente. No sé si es porqué íbamos con un buen precio gracias a una buena oferta de Hoteles pero nos asignaron la peor habitación de la planta. En ella había una línea de habitaciones con vistas al rio y otra a la montaña, pues nos dieron la pequeña habitación de la punta, con vistas a…una pared. Decir que no estaba ni de lejos lleno el hotel… Para terminar lo que pareció un chiste de mal gusto, toda la noche escuchando un ruido de maquinaria, ya fuera una caldera o algún tipo de generador. Vas con la idea de relajarte en medio de la montaña y terminas escuchando los mismos ruidos del medio de una ciudad. La comida, aquí sí que puedo decir que estamos contentos, de buena calidad y bien preparada. Íbamos con media pensión y cenamos bien. Las bebidas no están incluidas, 5€ una botella de agua pequeña. No vamos a repetir, y si tienes la opción mejor búscate un hotel que sea de verdad de 4 estrellas. Es un sitio para pasarse por la noche a cenar, poco más.

Buen hotel de Montaña

Hotel tranquilo para pasar unos días. Excelente rutas para caminar por los alrededores. Buena atención del personal de las comidas. Tuvimos media pensión y la comida de las cenas, muy buenas. Las bebidas no entran ,con precios de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Desayuno europeo normal de todos los hoteles. Quizás el café, para mi gusto, muy mediocre. De maquinas automáticas. Buena limpieza. No tiene aire acondicionado . Pillamos la ola de calor y por la noche se paso un poco de calor. Lo solucionamos abriendo la ventana , con el ruido del rio al fondo. La única queja es que pedimos camas separadas y nos pusieron en una habitación pequeña con una cama grande. Casi no podíamos abrir la neverita pues la puerta del mueble tocaba con la cama. La neverita no funcionaba. Armario pequeño, pensado para una persona. Era una habitación de minusválidos adaptada a dos personas. Un poco claustrofóbica, no indicada para una estancia larga. Preguntar antes de que os den la llave. Por lo demás, bien

Hôtel très bien mais restauration moyenne

L'hôtel est très bien propre et bien situé au calme, nous avions pris la demi pension le petit déjeuner très bien,par contre repas du soir ce n'est pas un buffet mais à l'assiette les quantités sont décevantes et la qualité aussi, l'accueil en arrivant est très bien par contre au restaurant très moyen , revenir oui sans restauration

Buena localización y excelente trato

El personal del hotel es muy amable. La habitación estaba muy limpia y el sitio es muy bonito. Hemos echado en falta una chimenea en el salón y unos sofás para hacerlo más acogedor. El spa es muy nuevo, y está muy limpio. Funcionaba muy bien. Nos dieron una habitación con camas individuales e intentamos cambiarlo para tener una doble, pero nos dijeron que no tenían ninguna libre para hacer el cambio. Sino llega a ser por lo de las camas le damos un 10, precio / calidad. Seguramente volvamos.
