"The entire staff from top to bottom was super. Everyone was on the same page with high respect and helpfulness to the patrons. The Manager was unbelievably helpful. He went out of his way to please. The swimming pool is very well maintained every day. They really have their act together. The breakfast buffet is over-the-top in quality, with ever so many choices of delicious food. "

"We stayed 1 week here. When we entered the room, the floor was dirty. Frequently, they did not provide towels unless you asked. When called for towels at 9 pm, they asked to wait until 10 pm due to unavailability of the towels. Twice, the water ran out because of shut electricity. When we called to complain, the phone also did not work. The room was actually quite nice and spacious for the price.
