Très bien situé et SPA magnifique

Hôtel très bien situé pour le ski! Le local à ski est sécurisé et les chaussures de skis sont chauffées :) En sortant du local, vous achetez votre forfait en face et hop vous êtes sur les pistes (20mètres) Le SPA est magnifique, l'eau bien chaude, avec plein de jets pour masser le dos et les jambes Le petit déjeuner est complet, il y a du vrai jambon découpé. Seul bémol, notre chambre était un peu vieillotte, mais on pouvait régler le chauffage (souvent on dort mal car le chauffage centralisé est trop fort) Bref, nous reviendrons tant que les prix restent abordables !

Excellent hôtel, très bien situé. Le personnel polyglotte est très accueillant et agréable. La chambre très spacieuse était d'une propreté exemplaire. Les meubles de qualité. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Personal muy amable. Instalaciones limpias aunque en algunos puntos se nota algo el paso del tiempo. La piscina y zona spa es ideal para pasar un buen rato de calma y relax aunque hemos coincidido con varias familias con niños que quizás no entienden la diferencia entre un parque acuático y una zona de spa.Los albornoces y amenitys ideal. Se nota la atención al cliente.

Vi besökte det här under sommaren så mat utbudet var väldigt begränsad, men teamet på terrassen som gjorde mat gjorde ett fantastiskt jobb. Om man ska åka skidor så ligger hotellet perfekt vid liften. Provade inte spa eftersom det byggdes om där just då.

Accueil particulièrement professionnel, le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins. Cadre agréable, hôtel calme. L'espace piscine est spa est vraiment agréable, le décor est soigné. Seul bémol au séjour, les rideaux n'étant pas complément opaques, le jour nous a réveillé.

Although not a shiny, new hotel, the property is in great condition and it is located at the El Tarter gondola. You can even take a ski way direct from the hotel to the lift! And there are convenient ski lockers. The main floor lounge/ bar area is inviting and relaxing, perfect for a glass of wine or a tasty beer in front of the fire. The staff is really wonderful and friendly, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

L'accueil etait bon a notre arrivee mais nous avons du justifier que les petits dejeuners etait compris ( l'information que les pieces d'identités sont necessaire pour toutes les personnes etait manquante sur notre mail de reservation, ouf nous les avions). La decoration rustique de lacceuil est tres sympa. La chambre est tres propre mais avec une deco sans plus pour un quatre étoile. Nous avons du justifier encore une fois via le mail de réservation que les petits dejeuners etait compris. Celui ci est simple mais tout est la. Check out ok.

El hotel no está a la altura de un cuatro estrellas. Habitación pequeña e incómoda, decoración muy mejorable, poco equipada de perchas, o estanterías, etc para ropa y útiles de esquí. El salón del bar es desangelado y poco acogedor. El personal es amable, y el servicio es correcto

3 chambres familiales prises en même temps (et ils arrivent a pas nous mettre à côté ) Alors que deux chambres à côté (étage 1 / garage) accessible par l étage 2 par un ascenseur puis un escalier ! Pratique on a un bébé avec poussette! Pas grave on nous fait passer par: le GARAGE !!!! Une honte! Donc on prend pour nous la chambre étage 2 Au bout de 2 nuits on nous dit qu il faut changer et aller à celle de l étage 1 (car une partie de la famille avait une réservation plus courte) J ai été obligée de batailler pour éviter de tout déménager et surtout c est accès par l escalier par du tout adapté!!!! Le garage : pas de place! On avait anticipé pour l avoir : non. Restaurant malgré des demandes des le midi, nous étions 7 avec des enfants pas de places ! On a été obligé de faire des courses et de manger au bar de l hôtel. Meme pas capable de faire cuirre des pates, bref Aucune solution ( toujours avec nos enfants très petits / donc on ne sort pas le soir au resto) Et le resto a 21h était quasi vide et là on nous propose une table!!!! Les chambres sont bof, a prix excessif Piscine jolie mais froide et Jacuzzi ok Exemple le mitigeur de notre baignoire ne fonctionnait pas Le: soir 27 euros entrée plat dessert Ou fondue ou raclette 30 euros par personne Vous voulez un menu enfant? Ouh la compliqué le steak frites (pas pâtes ni légumes / aucune flexibilité) Les seuls points positifs Mega placé en bas des pistes La salle de jeux immense pour les enfants

Très bon séjour

Notre première chambre n’avait pas de vue, sans lumière car sous une terrasse, aussi j’ai demandé la possibilité de changer, et nous avons eu une chambre plus claire avec balcon. Parfait,la réception très compréhensive. Le service très bien,surtout au bar,… Nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour.

Hotel desastroso

Teniamos reservadas 2 noches y estuvimos una puesto que no aguntábamos otra noche en ese hotel. En la reserva decía que nos cobrarían en el hotel pero 1 semana antes de llegar ya nos cobraron la primera noche. A pesar de eso de que nos fuimos, nos cobraron las 2 noches y su argumento fue que, como la reserva no estaba hecha a través de su página no podían no cobrarnos las 2 noches, a pesar de que ese hotel tiene publicida engañosa y me estaba yendo del hotel. La habitación estaba fría en un hotel de alta montaña al pie de una estación de ski, nos tuvieron que traer un calefactor. La excusa fue que quizás se debía purgar la calefacción. Las fotos que hay respecto a la realidad del hotel es muy diferente (publicidad engañosa). Hotel en mal estado, ruídoso, antiguo. El desayuno un caos, tuve que ir a recepción para que alguien nos limpiara una mesa puesto que todas estaban sucias y cuando le solicite a un camarero ayuda estaba tan estresado que me respondió de muy malas maneras y la excusa fue que es que había muchos huéspedes. El desayuno muy malo. No volveremos nuca más y no se lo recomendamos a nadie.

Hotel pas au niveau d'un 4*

Lieu est certainement très intéressant pour le ski en cette période le lieu est excentré et en travaux en ce moment. comme d autre avis je le trouve un peu vieillot pour la decoration. Accueil moyen le receptionniste nous parle de la formule demi pension mais ne sait pas nous dire le menu a nous d aller voir, soit. ensuite probleme du lit Matrimonio (1 lit double réservé ) mais en fait 2 lit simple . apres etre retourne a la recption l excuse l hotel est plein donc faites comme ca et desolé
