This beautiful, new and comfortable vacation apartment for 5 people is located in a private urbanization on the beach of Arenales del Sol, one of the most beautiful golden sandy beaches of the entire Costa Blanca.



The bright apartment was built in 2019 and is kept in a modern, elegant and functional style.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen, with everything you need. It has a sunny terrace with quality outdoor furniture, ideal for an evening drink in the company of friends or family.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning through ducts (hot and cold) and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. Thus, a stay here is pleasant both in summer and winter, although the region enjoys a fantastic Mediterranean climate all year round. Wi-Fi is available.

The urbanization has a beautiful community pool to relax and unwind with a refreshing swim.

The beach of Arenales del Sol counts with beautiful dunes and pine forests that have a great value for the environment and is a paradise for long walks on the beach, water sports of all kinds and romantic dinners in the 'chiringuitos'. Highly recommended is a visit to the Clot de Galvany Nature Reserve, an example of native flora and fauna.

The Costa Blanca offers beautiful beaches and coves and Alicante, Dénia, Altea, Calpe, Xàbia or Torrevieja are beautiful coastal towns, perfect for a day trip to get to know the local culture and festivals.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2026; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open all year.
