"Staff was great. Air conditioning in the room Was ok. It kept turning off and didn’t keep the room as cool as we would have liked. The no smoking policy was clearly not enforced as there was a very strong smell of marijuana throughout the entire floor on the second to last night. There was also some sort of incident that led to smoke coming into our room and the hallway windows being opened."

"The building, especially the lobby, is beautiful. I don't think I've seen a staircase as gorgeous as their lobby's stairs. Staff was friendly and nice. Room was clean, big with high ceilings, and comfy king bed. The windows were not the most soundproof; you could hear a little bit of ruckus outside. But overall I slept great. Wish the room had bathrobes! Nice hotel though, and was happy with the price I paid. I would visit again."

"The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Kudos to the overnight person who had superb customer service. My Tv didn't work, I didn't report it because that wasn't a big deal for me. I was only staying one night."

"I had a Celebration of Life event at the M8 Brewery for my brother and stayed 2 days at the Hyatt. It was a great stay, Everything was clean, staff were great, parking attendants friendly and helpful. I had to have a piece of jewelry altered, and someone from their maintenance staff came out, took my necklace back and fixed it the way I wanted. We had a great time, my sister and I shared a room, and my cousin and her son another room. The BIG BONUS PART!!!??? It was the weekend the Eagles and Ravens were playing, and I went to go down the elevator, and when the door opened, someone's back was facing me, but he turned around and it was none other than JALEN HURTS!!! And of course we got a selfie shot!!! I was shocked and tongue tied! The Eagles stayed there that night too so there was lots of security. I did not have breakfast, although it was comped to us I just wasn't hungry to eat. GO EAGLES! GO HYATT!"

"The place was great for overnight. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They said the pool was open, but when I checked on it, I did not seem welcoming. Breakfast is made to order, and super expensive, no free coffee to go. But there were many other eating options nearby. And it wasn’t to far from the 95 corridor. I would stop again."

"The location is wonderful and walkable to so many great locations and restaurants. The harbor and Aquarium are right across the street. The staff were all fantastic. The room was large, beds comfortable, and it had a refrigerator and Kuerig Coffee Maker. The only flaws: No towel bars or door hooks at all in the bathroom—anywhere. The door required us to use our key card to lock the door when leaving the room. It would not close all the way without using the key card. The bar in the lobby had no regular schedule. It was not open for most of our stay, but when it was open, it was very busy and a fun place to hang out."
