I stayed here for the Hotter n Hell bike ride, The cottage was nicely set up and is very quiet. It was an easy drive to Wichita Falls for the bike ride in the early morning, I would definitely stay here again next year.

A great place to stay for a night or two. Very quiet AC. Washer/dryer. WiFi works. Big TV includes a Roku guest account. And it doesn't gouge on the price. Wish there were more places like this one.
