3 Bedroom & Loft - Great Home For Multi-Season Sports - Sleeps 6-8, 🐕 friendly
10/10 Excellent
"Such a cute and cozy rustic cabin! Everyone loved the outdoor shower esp for after a dirty day of driving UTVs and lakes. The kitchen had everything we needed so that worked out well. Owners were so responsive and communicated with me all the time. Very helpful with their tips. If only we had more time to explore. "
Lakefront cabin with woodstove, beautiful mountain views & private swimming dock

"Awesome but... The cabin, location, hosts, booking etc., were all phenomenal, this was our second time staying at this location as we loved it so much the first time. Unfortunately an encounter with a resident at the very end of the road cast a shadow over our stay. My wife and I were out on the water, I was in a single person canoe fishing and she was in her kayak just enjoying the scenery when a male came from his home, got into his motor boat and approached her accosting/accusing her of going onto an island in our vicinity (she never left her canoe and certainly didn't go on any island). He was demeaning and lectured her about nesting loons on the island. He then approached me, I was a couple hundred yards from my wife fishing around the island. He then berated me and stated I had likely already scared the loons off their nest and they would never return. He then asked if I was a renter in the most demeaning tone possible. First, I love loons and had there been any indication of a nesting pair on the island I would have steered clear, second, and perhaps more ironically, I am a wildlife photographer and try to treat wildlife and wild places with the utmost respect. Luckily (for him) I didn't realize until after the fact how he had spoken to my wife. If not for this arrogant/pompous ass our stay would have been perfect but this did unfortunately cast a shadow over our time there. The following day we saw presumably his grand kids paddling around the same island..."

10/10 Excellent
"Great spot to visit Greenville area - close to town and not far from Rockwood (Mt. Kineo). Swimming was excellent (but we did use water shoes). Nice views and very quiet and private when we visited on a beautiful summer weekend!"
Ground-floor gem with privately shared dock on Moosehead Lake - dog friendly
8/10 Good
"We had issues with the keypad. We never could get it to work. It took two calls to get us in, using the metal key itself. The property was clean and in decent condition. I sent a couple of questions to the property owner, but I never received responses. A few water toys, e.g., kayaks, would go a long way. There was nothing to do on the property which sits on a huge, beautiful lake. "
