"The front desk guy with curly hair and glasses short height is very rude extremely disatisfied he yelled at me on phone when my husband came to bring my dinner told me to talk to him in the parking lot ."
"The annex building was not in top shape. My room had a view of a man-made rock garden with water that needed cleaning or repair… it was not nice to look at. There seemed to be repairs going on or started and not finished with equipment in the hallway (not housekeeping). There were unidentifiable tiny bugs in and out of the threshold in the bathroom (not ants) although there were many small ants on the coffee bar in the breakfast room.
The conditions were much better a year ago when I stayed in...
