  • Cosy terraced house "Mimosa", 2 storeys. In the district of Playa Almadrava, 8.5 km from the centre of Dénia, 50 m from the sea. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (20 x 10 m, depth 230 - 80 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, public parking on the road. Supermarket, restaurant 150 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 1.5 km, shingle beach 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km, tennis 8 km. Please note: not suitable for small children. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
