Lovely first floor oceanfront end unit condo with views of ocean in the secluded western end of the island called 'The Point.' This could be your best choice if beach strolls, surf fishing, beach combing for shells are among your favorite things! Only minutes to shopping, water slide, theater, restaurants, and night life but still you feel you are away from it all. Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goal, picnic area and courtyard grills. Wooden walkways for easy beach access. Elevator also located in building A. This home features 3 BR, 2.5 Bath. Living area has a 42" flat screen TV with upgraded Surround Sound, a covered deck with ocean views. Master bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, a Full Bath, 39" Flat screen TV and a deck with ocean views. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, 27" flat screen with a full bath & shared bath in hallway. Bedroom #3 has a 2 twin size beds, 26" flat screen with a half bath. Washer and dryer in condo. No Smoking and No pets. Rents Sat to Sat. This condominium is a first floor. Great access for families with kids or elderly and views to one swimming pool from window. Internet (WiFi) service provided.

Perfect Place to Relax

We really enjoyed our stay.! We enjoyed being so close to “the point” and just a short drive to the aquarium, Morehead City, and Beaufort. The condo was clean, comfortable and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay

Very clean and updated condo. It was steps to the beautiful beach. So many great thing included like beach chairs, games, books and boogie boards. We enjoyed our week and hope to get back soon!

Wonderful Villa!!

This Villa was perfect. The Villa is updated, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed to cook a few dinners. It was nice and quiet and a very close walk to the beach.

Everything was perfect. This was probably the cleanest VRBO rental we have every stayed in. The owners thought of everything and were extremely easy to work with. Highly recommend this little gem in Emerald Isle! We will definitely be back.

Excellent location

This condo is located on the pointe section of Emerald Isle and was not crowded and had some of the best shells. The unit is in the building closest to the beach and the owner has beach chairs and boogie boards to use so you don’t have to pack that too. Condo has everything you need, plenty of space, and decorated with a beach theme. My family had a great week!

Amazing week at EIB!

Our family of 6 had a fantastic trip to Emerald Isle Beach. The condo had plenty of room for all of us - and three of our four kids are adult-sized teenagers! - and was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The owner was gracious in answering my questions before and after we booked the property. The condo is beautifully decorated and having the beach dunes and ocean waves right outside the deck was priceless. Thank you so much for sharing this gem!

Beautiful Emerald Isle location with condo perks

Very clean condo with partial ocean views from balcony. Approximately 200steps from front door to beach. The tennis courts, basketball hoop, and pools made for great option for my teens. Owner is very communicative and prompt in responses. Gorgeous location near The EI Point (approximately.5miles and walkable to catch beautiful sunsets). Restaurants in strip malls are plentiful but if you want waterfront dinners , check out Swansboro (10 min drive), Beaufort (30min drive) or other coastal small towns. Definitely check out the Shackleford Banks to visit with wild ponies, Lady Swan sunset cruises, and hang out on the condo boardwalk to spot beach deer.

A/C problems. Very musty all week.

Stayed in this condo complex for over 20 years. Overwhelming musty/mildew smell all week. Informed owner of issues. Solution was to bring extra fan. Never stayed in a unit with dehumidifier and multiple fans running 24/7. Great complex, but would not rent this unit ever again.

Footsteps from the beach..

Literally a very short walk to beach, they had the closest complex to the ocean. Which was amazing! My family stayed here 12 days. The first week was horrible bc kids were running stumping all hours of the day and night above us, the following week was great. The condo was good! They had plenty of tvs and board games for the family to play too. I did message the owner a few times with no response. He did call to see if we needed anything from house keeping since our stay was longer, told us some good areas to visit, which was nice. The only downfall was the all the closets (mainly the front closet where all the water stuff was kept) smelled very moldy/musty. I was soo happy I was able to wash all of our laundry before we came home from vaca. Until I realize I had to rewash anything that was hanging in the bedeoom closets due to the moldy smell. I'm sure its hard to keep it smelling great when people come and go.. but i there is a issue that needs addressed with that. Especially for someone with allergies. Other than those few small tweeks the stay was amazing! We also were able to see a sea turtle nest!

Overall it was an okay place. I would not consider this ocean front rather ocean view. For what we paid beds could be better and it wasn’t the cleanest. There was plenty in the kitchen to cook with. Walk was very long to the beach but the beach was huge and beautiful. Washer and dryer need updated along with fridge that would hardly close for us. Emerald Isle is beautiful.

Amazing as always

This is our fifth year coming back to serenity at Emerald Isle and we had a blast as always. The beach is gorgeous the condo well equipped for cooking. The owner is responsive and continuously upgrading the property. The new hardwood floors were great… I miss the dehumidifier though!

One of our favorites on EI

This property is one of our favorites when we stay in Emerald Isle. The condo has everything you need, is just steps away from the beach and the property has excellent amenities. My family loves that there is access to safe bike paths for the kids and a nice pool area. This is our 3rd stay here and we would definitely consider this condo again.

Emerald Isle

Area beautiful, lots of good restaurants, wonderful beach. Property not by any means the best I've stayed. Not ocean front. Building is but view is off the deck looking left. Says refurbished, no kitchen good but stove broke Microwave broke. Blinds on both sliding doors falling down broken. Bedroom slider does not open. Living room slider kept jamming up and jumping off the rail. Bedroom carpets dirty not cleaned in a while. I realize end of year but should be cleaned more frequently.
