"This is a gem of a site - very helpful staff (Lucy and Wes), nice rooms and amenities. if there was any negative - it's the noise from the bar (due to location, my room was adjacent), but this cannot really be avoided."

"No door key as all digital, had to use phone which is ok but only gives access to 1 person. Shower temperature was luke warm at it's hottest, shower gel dispenser didn't work. Also the air-conditioning didn't work, had to use the fan instead. Room was noisy due to the adjacent pub."
