AS YOU ENTER THE CONDO, THERE IS A SPACIOUS LIVING AREA, COMPLETE WITH COMFORTABLE LEATHER RECLINING FURNITURE AND A 65 INCH FLAT SCREEN. RELAX AFTER A DAY ON THE BEACH OR EXPLORING THE AREA ON THE PRIVATE SCREENED-IN LANAI. THE LANAI IS THE PERFECT PLACE TO ENJOY YOUR MORNING COFFEE OR TEA.

THE CONDO’S KITCHEN IS FULLY EQUIPPED TO COOK A GOURMET MEAL WITH EASE. THERE IS A DINING TABLE INSIDE OR ENJOY YOUR MEALS ON THE LANAI DINING TABLE.

THE MASTER BEDROOM HAS A KING SIZE BED AND LARGE WALK-IN CLOSET AS WELL AS SEATING TO SIT AND READ A BOOK AFTER YOUR BUSY DAY. THERE IS ALSO A SMART TV FOR YOUR ENTERTAINMENT. THE SECOND BEDROOM AS TWO TWIN BEDS AND SEATING TO RELAX AFTER A DAY AT THE BEACH. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, WE HAVE PROVIDED BEACH CHAIRS FOR YOUR USE DURING YOUR STAY.

STAY CONNECTED WITH THE PRIVATE WIFI, STREAM YOUR FAVORITE SHOWS AND MOVIES ON THE ROKU TVs. THERE IS ALSO A WASHER AND DRYER LOCATED IN OUR CONDO IN THE LAUNDRY CLOSET.

THERE IS ALSO A 60 INCH FLAT SCREEN WITH SEATING TO WATCH A GAME OR PLAY CARDS AT THE TABLES WITH FRIENDS YOU MAY HAVE MET AT PALM MANOR. DURING THE “SNOWBIRD” SEASON, THERE IS AN ACTIVITIES CALENDAR OF WEEKLY EVENTS HELD IN THE CLUBHOUSE FOR YOU TO ENJOY IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO SO.
