Our group loved our stay! We will be back! The condo was clean and had all the amenities as promised. Everything was perfect! Scott was so helpful in giving us great dinner recommendations and checking in with us. The condo was comfortable and a great place to relax in after a fun day at the beach. 5 stars!!

While I understand the area is still recovering from the hurricane, if a condo says it’s available it should be ready. The drawers in the bedrooms had dirt and sand in them, we couldn’t use them. The bathtub would not drain. There was popcorn under the couch and the beach chairs and umbrella were rusty and in bad shape. The “spices” listed, were an empty salt shaker and lemon pepper seasoning, nothing else. I also was unaware there was not an elevator or this was on the second floor, although I might have missed that in the listing. The couch needs replaced you cannot sit at all on the longer side as it seems the supports are broken, it swallows you. There was a screaming baby downstairs crying at all times of the night and day. The wash-off station was just a garden hose on the side of the building. The walk to the beach, as of July, was covered in debris and a bit dangerous. Access was not clear and we ended up cutting thru what once was someone’s kitchen, pre-hurricane. The positives are that the beds were pretty comfortable and we found a ton of sharks teeth.

We stayed here the previous year and really enjoyed it. This trip we felt it was not cleaned very well and we had to sweep up dirt under the table and couches. We also ran out of toilet paper and had to purchase more. The condo is in a great location, but it needs some TLC. Side note - they are recovering from the hurricane in that area and the owner was trying to re-build another property near by. I’m sure his mind was on fixing things up from the hurricane.

A lovely beach vacation for a couple/small family

The property is very well-maintained, comfortable, modern & extremely convenient. A very beautiful public beach was accessible via a 5min walk. Gorgeous views of Lemon Bay & the Gulf, from the entryway balcony.

This was absolutely the best vacation for us. The condo was perfect! We loved the atmosphere of the condo snd decorated perfect! It came equipped with everything you would need from cooking accessories down to beach accessories. The access to the beach was great and easily accessible! We could not have asked for a better place to stay! The owner was very friendly and checked on us after we departed! I highly recommend this condo!

Great location

We enjoyed the condo and EVERYTHING was provided. Tons of towels, beach towels, kitchen equipment. There is a washer and dryer on the second level. Beach Chairs could be replaced, but worked and umbrella was very small. It was fine, we rented chairs, a canopy and wagon from Sunny Daze and they were great. They dropped it off and picked it up. Our only disappointment was that the beach was a lot further than 200 feet, about three blocks. The description made it sound like we were on the beach. The walk with a wagon was fine and we had a great time.

Perfect location and pristine condo

Everything was easy and absolutely no complaints. Condo was very clean and well appointed. Extra touches included ample towels, short walk to beach, beautiful sitting area, chairs and beach towels provided. Parking great and shuttle stop to all restaurants was right on Property. Of course, amazing weather was appreciated ;)

Wonderful time on Manasota Key

My wife and I recently spent 14 days on Manasota key and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was plenty big enough with a large Master Bedroom/Bathroom. There is a second good size bedroom and a small second bathroom. The unit is on the second floor so have to bring your luggage up a flight of stairs We cooked a lot of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The appliances look pretty new. There is a large refrigerator, large range/oven and dishwasher. There is also a clothes washer/dryer shared by 4 of the units. We really enjoyed the area. Manasota Key was very nice, no multi-lane roads or large high rise condo complexes. This unit is in a small condo complex with 8 units. There are some bigger complexes in the area, but none are more than 3 stories. The unit is a 2 minute walk to the beach. Stump Pass Beach State Park is a 10 – 15 minute walk from the condo. It’s a beautiful beach without any houses or condos on it. The parking lot fills quickly so it was nice to be able to walk. A 15 – 20 minute walk in the other direction are a number of restaurants and bars. There is also a shuttle service that we didn’t use as we walked to dinner. A short drive over the bridge you can find grocery stores, other restaurants and pretty much anything you need. The owner Scott, was very responsive and provided all our access info well before our arrival. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quieter setting.

Lovely Little gem

Perfect place to hang out with friends to have drinks and cook dinner. The Kitchen is well-equipped and newly remodeled with an absolutely. lovely back splash The beds are very comfortable, each room has a ceiling fan. And a big screen Tv with every steaming channel you can think of. Two beach chairs and beach towels were available to use which is nice if you're flying in. Everything about the place was very nice. Scott was very accommodating with all requests. he went over and above in assisting .

Loved our stay here

Scott was a great host and incredibly accommodating! He checked in during the stay and was super responsive when needed. Would definitely do it again.

Floors, baseboards, bathroom doors and woodwork were dirty. Stove top and toaster didn’t work properly. Bedroom blinds don’t close properly. Wasn’t provided access info until I requested it on day of arrival.

Englewood Gem

We had a wonderful anniversary celebration here, despite some rainy weather. The unit was clean and contemporary, with everything we needed. Our host Scott was extremely accommodating when we had to make last-minute adjustments to our arrival/departure. Looking forward to going back!

Good accomodations

Nice condo, plenty of space for 3 adults. We had a few mis-steps trying to get in, never got code for key pad from anyone, WIFI password was different than what was on VRBO instructions, eventually it all worked out and our stay was great, seconds from the beach and beautifully remodeled place!
