"Worst thing is getting to your room a mile away from reception, only to find that the room keys don't work on the last day. This is despite the hotel bill being prepaid. "This place was criminal false advertising. No heating, toilets plugged first use, never got instructions how to get access to the property, Flight from Amercia could not find. Only located because people walking down the street. Text"
