Location is perfect. It’s in between downtown Ensenada and Valle de Guadalupe. My young children loved the heated roof top pool. Staff was really attentive.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel! The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the food was simply delicious! Every moment spent there was nothing short of fantastic. But the cherry on top? The breathtaking views from the restaurant, rooftop, swimming pool,and our rooms were truly mind-blowing! Nestled in an incredibly beautiful location, the hotel is just a quick 15-minute drive from the stunning Valle de Guadalupe. It was the perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to go back!

Parking lot is not finished. I paid extra for cold chilaquiles, cold eggs, no flavor creamers, no friendly access to the beach, room was hot when I got in , it cool down but then too cold. Paid for two more guess in our room however I had to ask for blankets, pillows, sheets and towels. The second bed was a sofa but it states it can sleep two more people but actually the sofa is for one people . Sofa was uncomfortable to sleep for two people. The view was really good to the ocean.

This is the case probably with many of the hotels by the shore, you need a car or taxis to get around. There is no sidewalk, just highways. The hotel was good overall. The staff was great! The bathroom had an odd smell from the water pipes I assume. It was strong the first night then less so then increased again. It was very unpleasant. The bedsheets appeared clean but I saw a couple of hairs which wasn't great.
