Todd & Andy McKee, The McKee Brothers, own and operate the Litch Hotel which is part of Eagle Cap Vacation Rentals. They both live in Wallowa County, near Enterprise and are available to assist in person if a need arises.

The historic Litch Hotel is located on the corner of Main Street and River Street in Downtown Enterprise. Enterprise is generally quieter and slower paced than its more famous neighbor Joseph. Many guests that stay at the Litch Hotel have noted their appreciation for this feature of the location. Joseph is a short 10 minute drive away making it a convenient access point to the many outdoor adventures that our guests plan to enjoy during their visit to Wallowa County and the Eagle Caps.

Back in the day, the Litch Hotel had 11 apartments and just one bathroom on the 2nd floor (can you imagine?! 😅), but don’t worry — times have definitely changed! Now, you’ll have your very own private bathroom and kitchen, so no awkward run-ins while you’re making that midnight snack 🍕. The hallway and stairs outside your unit are the only shared spaces, so feel free to get cozy and relax however you like — no one’s around to judge your Netflix binges or late-night PJs! 😎🛋️

UNIT DETAILS & POLICIES

🔊 NOISE – PLEASE READ
The Litch is a historic building without modern soundproofing. You will hear neighbors below and next door, as well as footsteps on the stairs and in the hallways. The Litch is a great fit for couples, families, and friends looking for a relaxing home base after exploring Wallowa County. It is not the right place for a bachelor party or a loud group. Most guests are considerate, but occasionally a noisy neighbor checks in. Please keep noise down, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM).

🌧️ RAIN DRAIN SOUND
A drain pipe runs along the corner of the bedroom wall, carrying water from the roof. When it rains, you'll hear a noticeable flowing-water sound, similar to a sound machine. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to background noise, please keep this in mind.

🪜 STAIRS
This is a 2nd-floor unit, but the first-floor ceilings are very tall, so you'll climb 30 steps to reach it. That's similar to a typical 3rd floor.

🧸 CHILDREN
Families are welcome, but because sound travels so easily, the Litch isn't ideal for children under 8. Running, jumping, and playing can be heard clearly by neighboring guests. If you're traveling with young children, please consider whether the Litch is the right fit, and help them keep noise levels down during your stay.

🐾 PETS
This unit is not pet-friendly. If you'd like to bring your furry friend(s), we're happy to move your reservation to one of our ground-floor pet-friendly units, subject to availability.

👥 GUESTS
Our nightly rate covers up to 2 guests, and the unit sleeps up to 4.
• Children 12 and under stay free
• Guests 13 and older are $30 per night
Please register all guests in advance. Unregistered guests may result in cancellation.

🛌 BEDS
Medium-firm memory foam mattresses. Most guests love them, and a few find them on the firm side.

🧺 LAUNDRY
There is no washer or dryer on site. A laundromat is about 2 blocks away, and we also offer a wash-and-fold service (details in our guidebook).

📺 TV & STREAMING
The Smart TV is ready for you to log in to your own apps (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney+, etc.). There is no cable or local channels. For live TV, you'll need a service like Sling, Fubo, or YouTube TV.

🔑 CHECK-IN: After 3:00 PM
Free early check-in: Call after 12:30 PM on your arrival day. If the unit is ready before 3:00, we're happy to let you in early.
Guaranteed early check-in: $20/hour, as early as 1:00 PM (arrange in advance). We'll make sure the unit is ready by your agreed-upon time.

⏰ CHECK-OUT: By 11:00 AM
Late check-out is available at $20/hour when the schedule allows.

🕙 QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
🚭 NO SMOKING anywhere in the unit.
🎉 GATHERINGS: Visitors beyond registered guests require prior approval.
📹 SECURITY: Security cameras monitor the hallways outside the unit.
