"Staff was wonderful, room was beautiful!"

"A large room and a good selection for breakfast "

"Unfortunately I'm not able to review the hotel Heitzmann, because on my check in day I have been informed by the hotel staff that all rooms are full and that I have been relocated to another nearby hotel Bräurup, that is owned by the same owner. Therefore this review is about the 2 night stay in hotel Bräurup: Positive: 1. The hotel has the elevator that is great if you carry a heavy luggage or have difficulties walking up/down stairs. 2. "Came for the IM 70.3 race, absolutely superb stay here. Very luxurious, incredible views whrr we ever you looked. Even the sauna and infinity pools had a view. Highly recommended"

"Our stay was perfect! We spent a week at the hotel and, if it had been up to us, we would definitely have stayed longer. The hotel is brand new, modern, and beautifully designed. For us, it is the most beautiful hotel in Kaprun. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made time for a nice chat. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Very nice stay, cheap and plesant"

"Alles was top!"

"Skøn udsigt fra huset mod bjergene"

"المنتجع رائع "

"Good value, nice family room, good breakfast. Hotel is a bit dated and there is no housekeeping service"

"Very noisy hotel, I’d avoid if your looking for a good nights sleep. Coaches pulling up outside throughout the night dropping off and or collection people. Inadequate lifts for size of hotel, just one lift serving two of five floors. No air conditioning even in breakfast room. I will not stay here again. "

"Fantastic pictures on website. In reality expectations was not fullfilled."
