"Check in was good, pleasant lady. Room was clean and comfortable as was bathroom too. Would have liked to have had a late check out just till 12 but was denied. Had this been available I would have had the breakfast but it was quite early, finished at 9.30 on a Sunday. Good value though and would stay again, check out was good, man pleasant too. "

"No breakfast, no evening meal, shower only had 2 settings: off and burn you alive. Towel radiator leaked onto electrical wires. Moved me to another room where another guest entered the room (using the same key code) as I stepped out the shower. Mattress had an interesting feature where a spring poked in my back. I think Basil Fawlty provides a better service. "

"I've marked 4 in respect of cleanliness. Our room was clean but I marked down because of the kitchen. The manager Joe is constantly it but it is a communal kitchen and is often left dirty by other guests, despite the notices asking them to keep clean when they use. Joe works tirelessly trying to keep the facilities of the premises in good condition. Parking is available for about 4 cars on a first come first served basis."
