It was a beautiful hotel. The staff was super professional and the rooms were spacious. But there were 2 things: the AC wasn’t working too well. In one room it was really cold but in the other bedroom you could barely feel it. Other than that, there is a public beach next to the one the hotel owns, it has security but a lot of the people came over to the hotel’s part which made it feel less secure.

Temizlik çok iyi. Odada ikram meyve suları özellikle çocuklu aileler için çok yardımcı. Kahvaltıda çeşit bol. Deniz çok güzel havuzu da çocuklar için özellikle ideal.

Dining and out room facilities are perfect, fantastic landscaping, pool facilities and restaurant are excellent, everything was perfect except the room. All the time bad smells from outside sanitary & drainage system, the A/C stopped several times during our stay, room is very small and tiny, generally not comfortable at all. All and above, no way that such room worth of $500/- per night. No value for money.

Honeymoon

We spent some days at Parmos Otel as a part of our holiday trip. We were welcomed by many friendly people. The staff was so kind and thoughtful. Whenever we had a problem (one day our bathtub ran out of water and our safe didnt open anymore) the staff showed up within 5 minutes to help us out. The food and drinks were delicious and the pool area was a dream. The parmos otel left many beautiful memories in our heart. Thank you so much for giving us an unforgettable stay

Temızlık cok iyiydii her gün odalara gelınıp temizlenmesi otel açısından cok artı bı durum. Odaya girdiğinizdeki temızlık kokusu ne kadar temiz oldugunu acıklıyor zaten. Hizmet ve personelin güler yüzlülüğünden cok memnun kaldık. Hava soguk oldugu ıcın havuzu değerlendirmedik ama havuz küçük duruyor yaz zamanı kalabalık olursa kucuk kalabilir. Restoranttaki yemekler guzeldı memnun kaldık.

Gayet güzeldi. Çocuklar icin etkinlikler biraz daha arttırılabilir. Havuz basındaki garsonların sayısı arttırılabilir o noktada biraz hizmet yavaştı. Ancak onun haricinde gayet ilgi alaka güzeldi. Bir de en azından yarım pansiyon seçeneğiyle geliştirilebilir konaklama. Akşam yemeği dahil edilerek. Daha büyük rahatlık olur konaklayanlar için. Ama temizlikten ve genel olarak hizmetten memnun kaldık. Tekrar gidilebilir.

Konaklama hakkında düşüncelerim

Yeni ve bakımlı bir otel, çalışanlar genel olarak iyi niyetli yardımsever, temizlik görevlileri çok başarılı ve misafire çok saygılı, pool bar hizmeti vasat ve çalışanlar-barmen ilgisiz. Genel anlamda temiz ve yeni olmasının da etkisiyle özverili çalışanlara sahip bir otel. Havuzu yetersiz ve sırf küçük havuz sebebiyle bir daha gelme konusunda soru işaretlerim olacaktır. Ayrıca dışarıda sadece 1 adet wc mevcuttu o da plastik prefabrik bir yapıydı, bu detay otelin kalitesini düşüren bir durum olabilir.

Tesisin bu yıl haziran ayında açılması sebebi ile herşey yeni ve tertemizdi.. Kullanılan malzemeler de yeterli ve kalitesi yüksekti. Resepsiyon ve otoparkta görevli çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Restoran ve sahil kıyısına servis konusunda eksiklikler mevcut, sanırım gelecek yıl düzelecektir.

Parmos’ta kalbimi bıraktım

Bu otel hakkında yorum yazmadan kendimi tutamadım. Yeni açılan bir otel olmasından dolayı biraz çekincelerimiz vardı ancak her şey harikaydı. İçeri girdiğiniz andan itibaren huzurlu ve keyifli hissediyorsunuz. Odalar temiz, kullanılan sabun şampuan gibi ürünler kaliteli. Odada aklınıza gelecek her şey mevcut (nespresso makinesi, seccade, oda kokusu vb gibi) Her odanın balkonunun olması da ayrı güzel. Havuz biraz küçük ancak denizi çok güzel olduğu için bu bir eksiklik sayılamaz. Marlin restaurantın yemekleri özellikle tatlıları şahane (konaklamadan rezervasyon ile de gidebilirsiniz). Bu konuda şahsıma ait bir yorumum olabilir, otel sadece kahvaltı değil, yarım pansiyon, her şey dahil gibi sistemler oluşturabilir. Verilen çeşitli renklerdeki bileklikler ile müşterileri ayırt edebilir. Çalışanlar her zaman güler yüzlü ve size yardımcı oluyor. Umarım hiçbir zaman kalitesinden ödün vermez bizde sık sık gideriz. Teşekkür ederiz emeği olan herkese, yeniden görüşmek üzere.

Genel olarak güzel…

Oda temiz ve genişti. Havuz bölgedeki en iyi havuz diyebiliriz. Havuz etrafında servis için çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Dondurmanın bulunmaması çok anlamsızdı. Akşam yemeği menüsü her türlü ihtiyaca cevap verebilecek nitelikte. Kahvaltı yeterli ancak kahvaltı servisi konusunda bir gün çok problem vardı. Genel olarak güzel bir deneyim oldu. Otelin yeni olduğunu düşünürsek hizmetin daha da iyi olacağını düşünebiliriz.
