It’s a nice hotel but the room was not clean. There were many hairs on the bathroom floor, in the shower and on the toilet seat. I mentioned to reception at checkout and they just said “oh sorry”. I would have expected a much more adequate response ie can I get manger to speak with you or something like that ie make me feel like it really mattered.

Grundsätzlich ein schönes Zimmer, allerdings ist es sehr unpraktisch, dass zwischen Schlafraum und Bad keine Tür ist. Im Badbereich ist auch keine zusätzliche Heizung, so dass es sehr kalt ist. Die Toilette ist zwar mit Tür abgetrennt, allerdings ist der Raum so klein, dass man sich selbst als schlanke und kleine Person kaum drehen konnte. Auch standen Kleinreparaturen aus: Griff an Duschtür und Handtuchhaken locker, Steckdose locker in der Wand. Alles in allem für diese Kategorie eher unbefriedigend.

Tolle Lage um die Erfurter Altstadt zu erkunden. Leider war das Einchecken wie so oft in Deutschland sehr enttäuschend . Die kleine Sätze „Herzlich Willkommen“ und „Wie war Ihre Anreise?“ oder „Schön das Sie da sind“ kosten Nichts….warum macht das niemand mehr, wir sind doch Gäste…es wäre so ein Unterschied Beim Check out hat uns dann eine junge Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption gefragt wie unser Aufenthalt …geht doch

Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, obwohl mir persönlich mehr Ablageflächen gefehlt haben. In unserem Doppelzimmer gab es nur auf einer Seite des Bettes eine Ablage für Getränke, Handy usw. Ansonsten ein schönes Hotel in einer Toplage. Das Frühstück ist klasse, der Lachs geschmacklich ein Erlebnis.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten gebucht. Zunächst bekam ich ein Zimmer mit einem sehr schmalen Doppelbett (weniger als 1,40m). Als ich dann um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten habe, bekam ich es dann auch, allerdings war das Zimmer dann im Vergleich zum ersten Zimmer winzig. Insbesondere das Badezimmer.

Das in die Jahre gekommene Hotel hat seit langem eine umfassende Sanierung, insbesondere in energetischer Hinsicht nötig. Durch den Verlauf von Radisson an NYX / Leonardo rechne ich da aber in absehbarer Zeit nicht mehr mit und werde fortan auf ein anderes Hotel ausweichen.

Das Zimmer war rel. klein aber sauber. Das Badezimmer war sehr eng! Die Parkplätze am Hotel kosten 24€/Tag!! Das Frühstück war umfangreich, - eine Frühstücksampel (wann ist wieviel Andrang) wäre hilfreich! Die Lage des Hotel am Rand der Altstadt ist klasse, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen!

Sehr gute Lage. Man ist sehr schnell in der Altstadt. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer war ok aber on die Jahre gekommen. Meine Kloschüssel hatte ein Riß. Absurd hohe preise für ein Parkplatz 24eur pro Tag. ( Und das nicht mal in einer Tiefgarage sondern unter freiem Himmel.

Wir verbrachten ein paar wunderbare Tage im NYX Hotel Erfurt und waren rundum zufrieden. Unser Zimmer im 14. Stock war großzügig geschnitten, sehr sauber und bot einen herrlichen Blick über die Dächer der Stadt – zwar nicht direkt auf die Altstadt, aber dennoch ein Panorama, das uns begeisterte. Das Personal im gesamten Haus war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend, sowohl beim Check-in als auch im Frühstücksbereich. Das Frühstücksbuffet selbst ließ keine Wünsche offen: abwechslungsreich, frisch und reichhaltig – ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet: direkt am Rand der Altstadt, sodass man zu Fuß schnell mittendrin ist, und gleichzeitig mit dem Auto bequem erreichbar. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen sind die hoteleigenen Parkgebühren. Wir haben uns daher für das öffentliche Parkhaus nur 200 Meter entfernt entschieden – eine unkomplizierte und deutlich günstigere Alternative. Alles in allem ist das NYX Hotel Erfurt ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Städtetrip. Wir reisten als Paar und fühlten uns im Urlaub bestens aufgehoben. Sehr empfehlenswert!
