All signs indicated restaurant and bar open hours but when we went to eat, they were closed with no sign or reason provided. Traveling with an impaired partner, we were unable to walk to find other meal options which was very disappointing."

"Due to convenience, decided to goto the 2nd floor restaurant for breakfast. We choose the buffet breakfast which was severely overpriced for the available options and the food appeared to be overcooked, indicating that it was sitiing in the chaffing dishes a long time. "

"Our room was clean but there were previous guests clothing under both beds. It was great having a restaurant and bar on site, but the wait times were long. Only one bartender on a Friday night with a full bar. We waited a good 30 minutes to get our drinks."

We had breakfast in the hotel's restaurant and the person that greeted us (seemed to be the restaurant or shift manager) was curt. The same person proceeded to have to be what seemed to be an argument with his staff in the middle of the restaurant floor, which was unprofessional. There was an automatic 18% service charge for a self-serve buffet, which might have been fine, but we had to ask for refills of our waters. Additionally, the bill was given to us even though we weren't finished with our meals, and the individual providing drinks never came back after he dropped off after he RUSHED to drop off the check. I expect better from Hilton. "
