"I would not recommend this resort for an event. We had our daughter’s wedding here and from the beginning it was rough. Communication was lacking between the event coordinators and my daughter. There were items that were specific to her choosing this facility, like using the water park for the grooms dinner, which they were not told it was closed down. To many other details that were overlooked. The hotel rooms were dirty, ac didn’t work, bedding was not clean, there was a bandaid stuck to our dresser and over all run down. We also had a quest get stuck in the elevator. I will however give credit where credit is due, the two people we worked with that serviced our wedding, Katie and another gentleman were amazing. They did everything to make it a day to remember despite all of the negative working up to that day. Overall it was very disappointing."

"The room was spotless, smelled wonderful and was nice and cool on a hot day. We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room and I was able to move around the room easily. The bathroom was huge with an accessible shower. They offered what looked like a great breakfast but we needed to leave. We will absolutely stay again, highly recommend."

"Great location and very responsive communications. This home is loaded with bedrooms and beds easily accommodating our family. View to lake from home and especially from deck are great. Kitchen and living room are open and very nice. The bedrooms and baths need a few updates. Lighting for each is only over head spots. Nightstand lamps and over sink lights would be nice adds. Would also recommend towel bars in the bathrooms.This home is part of a multi home rental property that has a bit of construction ongoing - but the owners made sure we were not disturbed over the weekend that we were present. Very nice hosts who live on the property."

"We have stayed here many times, this hotel is showing its age, I was told it was sold out when asked to upgrade to pool side instead of being shoved in the way back corner, it was not fully booked, actually hardly anyone was there, so that was upsetting, having to walk so far, when there were a lot of pool sides open."

"Overall the cabin was comfortable including the queen beds! The heating/cooling system was great! The view from the deck & porch were lovely of the lake. The resort is a rural setting, quiet and peaceful, but only minutes away from bait, fuel, dining out, shopping. We had an event in the area so our stay was based on that, fishing and dining in. Dock space and boat launch were adequate and easily accessible. As far as dining the kitchen needed a few items; colander, tongs and grilling utensils. We like charcoal grilling, but the grill was in poor working order & no supplies or grill brush. Fumbling thru the process took precious time from our short stay. The shortfalls were mostly addressed and we appreciated Raj's (our host) pleasant demeanor and quick response. We came to understand that the resort is in the beginning stages of new builds and this fall will bring about more change. Thank you for a mostly pleasant stay!"
