The home includes both the main 3BR house and a private 1BR in-law suite with its own entrance and full kitchen. The in-law suite is attached but completely private. The entire property, including the large backyard, is for your exclusive use.

Air Conditioning:
Each living room has a portable A/C unit for cooling. Bedrooms do not have A/C but do have ceiling fans.
