Grandview Hideaway - Vast views, walk to restaurants, disk golf, lots of privacy

  • One of the best spots to get those views of the Rocky Mountains while being close to everything you want to do. 10 minute walk to restaurants and bars, 4 minutes to 18 holes of disc golf, 5 minute bike ride to miles of single track and downhill.

    All of this located in a quiet, freshly built walkout basement apartment with private deck to see some of the best sunsets in Colorado above Longs Peak.

    Like staying in a boutique hotel, but with all the extra amenities including full kitchen (with all the cooking utensils you need), full laundry, independent AC and heat, unlimited hot water and space for 4 people. This apartment has wonderful natural light at almost every time of day, but the bedroom has been outfitted with blackout shades for those who love some real darkness for sleep.
