"You have air conditioning…fix it! Being in a room with that heat is unhealthy and dangerous. I could barely sleep and woke up in pile of sweat. No hotel charging this amount of money a night in 2026 should be having air conditioning problems! Fix it!!!"

"Elevator trapped my 9 year old daughter. One of our two rooms got changed multiple times, then as advertised air conditioning did not work for 28 hrs. Nice hotel as a crash pad, it just meeds the bugs worked out in order to open, signage on doors, and other minor things."
