Very conveniently located to the airport and the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful at check-in. Room was wonderful, clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. So much so, I’m booking another stay this month!

This hotel is very convenient if you plan to use the Cincinnati airport. They have a 24 hour shuttle that runs every half hour. The staff was extremely helpful to me as a blind person traveling with a service dog. I was also very pleased that I could get a cup of fresh coffee at 3 AM.

Very happy with my stay. It was a challenge finding a hotel in Cincinnati. Most have bad reviews with cleanliness and bug issues. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel when I checked in, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and my room was very clean and comfortable

The desk staff, Jessica, was very pleasant and got me taken care of very quickly. She has the perfect personality for the job! Airport shuttle was critical for me and the drivers were both on time and that was appreciated. Bed and pillows were super comfortable!!
