- Lower Level: 2 bedrooms (one twin, one with 3 single beds), a bathroom, and a staff storage room, for 5 people.
- Guest House (separate entrance): 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed), 2 en-suite bathrooms, and a kitchen for 4 people.

Flexibility in bedding includes converting twin beds into doubles and adding extra or camp beds as needed.

Included in the price are daily cleaning and housekeeping, linen and towel change every three days, and a complimentary shopping/delivery service for groceries and fresh fish.
