We did not use the spa facilities, so unable to comment on them. The staff were helpful and courteous. "Staff seemed to be indifferent. Not friendly, not helpful. Never told us fan was in closet until I asked for one. Had to go down. Didn't know what number to call. The room was nice and clean. Nice bathroom. Weather was so hot. Room was almost unbearable. Breakfast was good. Not much staff around to help."

"This was a really beautiful location. The dinner was one of the best we had in all of Europe. On the down side it was the hottest day in Luxemborg in 25 years. There is no air conditioning and there wasn't even a fan in our third floor room, it was stifling hot"
