Escalante is okay, some good hiking, almost no food options, a great place to visit once but not somewhere I’d go back to again and again.






Beautiful, clean and simply stylish lodge. Will be back.

Our room was clean and quiet and check in was done remotely. There was not breakfast at this hotel, so I'm not sure why the survey asked this question. It was an easy place to stop while traveling from Capitol Reef to Bryce. Just bring food with you, there was nothing to eat open this time of ...

The yurts are well appointed and somehow even better than the pictures show (which is never the case). The bathroom is large with a full-size shower(3x5). Escalante is okay, some good hiking, almost no food options, a great place to visit once but not somewhere I’d go back to again and again.
Too many things were closed which was a little frustrating but we managed with the one restaurant, one small grocery store, and the Philips 66.
Loved the small town! The drive to Escalante was so twisty that 3/5 kids got sick on the way.
