Nice hotel a few hundred metres from Eskilstuna rail Station. Very convenient. Rooms are clean & comfortable, but getting a little tired and dated. Nice breakfast in the downstairs bar area each morning. Perhaps a little overpriced for what it is

Väldigt bra centralt läge. Positivt att man kunde boka parkering men parkeringsgaraget (där man inte kunde mötas) var extremt trångt och svängarna där inne fick man trixa flera gånger för att komma runt. På hotellrummet fanns det man behövde. I mitt rum var det dålig belysning på toaletten, det saknades ett täcklock över en elinstallation men den hittade jag under en möbel och tryckte dit. Utbudet på frukosten var inte så stort som man är van vid men det var okej även om brödet (2 sorters frallor) var väldigt torra. Men priset var väldigt bra - därav det bra slutbetyget ändå. Vi fick på hemsidan 2 vuxna i delat rum inkl frukost för 672 kr en fredag-lördag. Bara det drog upp det en stjärna. Å

Hotellet behöver genomgå en uppfräschning i form av renovering och uppnå en bättre nivå av städning. Fönstret skakade varje gång en buss körde förbi och man hör väldigt tydligt allt och alla in till sitt rum. Hade förväntat mig en bättre standard helt enkelt.

Ok men inte bra.

Bra läge i stan, ok rum men… badrummet behöver en upprustning. Vägghängd toa men vem satte den på höjden anpassad för en 6-åring?! Galet låg, fick ögonkontakt med en silverfisk, det hade jag gärna varit utan. Kanske var det bara i vårt rum (102) som det mättes fel.

2-stjärnigt hotell..

De ville ha mer betalt än vad Hotels skrev, det är snarare ett 2-stjärnigt hotell, att ge det 4st är bara lögn. Lyhört mellan rummen, varmt och höga ljud från gatan. Man får knappt plats på toaletten, duschen var otät med vatten över hela golvet och det stack ut lösa sladdar från väggen.

Kommer inte återkomma

Kan inte rekommendera hotellet. Det var slitet och skitigt. Varmt på rummet och vi var tvungna att ha fönstret öppet vilket i sig resulterade i hemska oljud hela natten från gatan. Rummet var sparsmakat och kändes slitet och smutsigt. I lobbyn luktade det kiss när vi kom och hissarna luktade illa.

Väldigt bra service och trevligt bemötande. Vi hade en trasig fläkt på rummet och det luktade unket i badrummet och vi fick direkt hjälp och fick ett nytt rum.

Vart en sen oplanerad bokning i sista minuten pga lite strul efter vägen.Men allt löste sig och killen i receptionen mkt serviceminded. Lite väl varmt på rummet men är väl pga högsommarvärmen ute. Mkt prisvärt boende.
