The location is perfect, and the privacy you get when returning from walking tours is just right. It feels like you're staying in a hotel that's close to luxury, even though the price is more in the economy range. I can't comment on the breakfast, as I didn’t book it, but overall, this is a great place to stay for travelers coming to hang out in Eskişehir. Lots of lovely places to have nice food just around the corner

The hotel is very clean, very warm and welcoming staff, excellent value, and the location is absolutely fantastic right at the center of the city where you can enjoy walking , eating and having great time in a great city . Giriş yaparken güler yüzlü bir çalışan arkadaş tarafından işlemler hızlıca tamamlandı. Eşimle odaya çıktığımızda gördüğümüz, sade ve yeterli bir tasarım olduğuydu. Gerekli olan her şey odada mevcuttu. Odanın genel temizliği iyiydi, ancak aralıklarla yapılması gereken temizlik fazlasıyla unutulmuş belli ki. Örneğin odada klima çalışmıyordu, bir gece kalacağımız ve akşam hava serin olduğu için umursamadık, ama havalandırmanın pisliğini görünce iyi ki çalışmamış dedim. Komple toz solurduk yoksa. Otelde mi yoksa sadece kaldığımız odada mı olduğunu bilmediğimiz bir su basıncı sorunu da vardı. Duştayken su bir soğuyor bir ısınıyordu. Tüm bu sorunları çıkış yaparken ilettik. Ciddiye alınmasını umuyorum. En güzel tarafı, merkezi konumda olması, zaten tercih etme sebebimiz buydu. Kahvaltıyı otelde yapmadığınız için ona yorum yapamıyorum. Ayrıca bir diğer artısı da kendine ait otoparkı olması ve elektrikli araba kullandığımız için şarj istasyonu mevcut olmasıydı. Kısacası, ortalama bir otele göre beklentimizi karşıladığı doğru, ancak 1 geceden fazla kalacak olsak memnun kalır mıydık bilmiyorum.

Tek misafir olarak İbis Eskişehir otelinde kontaklama yaptım. Giriş esnasında 300TL ucret karşılığı kahvaltı imkanları bilgilendirmesi yapıldı. Otel check-out sırasında kahvaltı için 400 TL kişi başı ücret benden talep edildi. Yanımda kahvaltya davet ettiğim iş arkadaşım olduğundan sorgulamadan 800TL ödeme yapıp otelden ayrıldım. Fazladan talep edilen 200 TL görmezden geldim. Fakat yaklaşık 1 saat sonra otel rezervasyonu tarafından aranıp, Siz gece yaninoza +1 kişi misafir mi aldiniz sorusu
