"You can tell by appearance that the property is dated, but functional. It just needs a few updates, maybe walk in showers for guest with no children and new bathtubs throughout. We had a great time with our family in the pool and hot tub, just needed more towels on the weekend. The breakfast could have been better 😋 All and all we had a great time in the Duluth area exploring! The staff was very helpful with extra blankets and pillows for our room."

"Everything was clean. Check-in was fine. We stayed three nights. I have two complaints. We were on the third floor. Permanent sign on the 3rd floor ice machine was "OUT of Order. Use ice machine on the 1st floor" I feel if we're paying x number of dollars per night, they should have working ice machines on each floor. That's just me, OK. Maybe this wouldn't bother others. We were told when we checked in that the breakfast was served from 7am to 10am. That was fine on Saturday and...

"Breakfast had a good selection. Pool was NOT heated."

"The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was helpful. I thought the onsite restaurant was a bit fancy and overpriced for the area. I did not eat there after viewing the menu. Also would be nice to have some outdoor seating."

"The inn had no rooms with walk in showers even though it was advertised. Had to go down to the reception area to use a microwave-none in room. Bed was so high that my wife had to use a stool to get into it. There was a preset alarm on the time clock for 6AM that was not expected. When the heat was off there was a fan that cooled the room too much immediately. The tub was slippery when used for a shower."
