If all you want is a clean room and bed to sleep in, this will work. If you like the extra amenities like an iron,free breakfast, or a bar of soap then look somewhere else.

The mattresses were horrible, the room was nice , but I woke up most of the night cuz it was like sleeping on a piece of plywood, and it felt like you were gonna roll off the side , it was not comfortable at all

I have stayed in several hotels in espanola over the past few days. This is by far the most poorly maintained while still costing the same price point as other hotels that are nicer. The bathroom door in the room did not work and hotel room keys did not work. The overall age of the carpet and furnishings probably hasn't been updated since opening. Would recommend going anywhere else in town.

Close to Bandelier National Monument

They were shout staffed however very friendly. The free breakfast is only muffins and oatmeal packets. The parking lot is shared with a restaurant.

Front desk lady keyed cards to wrong room and told us wrong room. That room was occupied. Those customers were very rude. Front desk lady was quite nice but all frazzled.

The staff was attentive and helpful. The breakfast was oatmeal and coffee. Everything was clean but obviously old and worn out. The ground floor window did not close or lock. Ok for a sleep and go, but not extended stay.

the thinnest walls of a hotel I've ever stayed in, you could hear everything in the rooms next door, the hallways, the laundry room, the front door scraping open, everything. All night long. Do not recommend.

I chose this hotel because there was no mention of a dog fee in any of the text displayed for the hotel. When I hacked in, I was charged $30 per dog. Place was a dump!

The hotel was clean, but is in dire need of refurbishment. Did not feel like the area was safe. They have to keep entry doors locked. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would not stay at a Rodeway Inn again. Need better signage. Bed Linens were mended.

In my 50 years of traveling, 26 years with the military, this property hands down, was the filthiest. The room smelled like urine. The sheets were dirty, and mattress stained. Furniture is old and worn out. The most positive thing I can say was the staff was pleasant and the shower and toilet worked.

Horrible experiance

Horrible experiance i booked a room and when i got there they said they had nothing in their system. They had me waiting for over 2 hours just to get a room. The room was dirty WOULD not recommend to anyone.
