Staff was courteous when I checked in and changed my room because of repairs. Rooms are spacious and set in a nice landscape - comfy bed, but dated both bathrooms and electric. Did not use fireplace or tub but if there was wood I might have.

It was a little odd because we were looking at the beautiful sitting area and artwork, and the lady acted like we shouldn’t be doing that. The room was huge!!! It is absolutely beautiful, but old. It’s really difficult to make something old look shiny and new. But this place has amazing charm! The bed was comfortable, but the carpet was old and should be replaced with tile or wood. I think the carpet is the only thing that needs attention.
