Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Trotz vorheriger Bezahlung war kein Check in möglich, obwohl wir nur 15 Minuten nach Rezeptionsschluss vor Ort waren. Unter der angegebenen Notfallnummer war niemand erreichbar. Ein Kontaktversuch durch Hotels.com war ebenfalls erfolglos. Auf die Anfrage nach Erstattung der Kosten wurde nicht reagiert.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
Apartment war nicht sauber (Boden, Bad Wandfliesen, Waschmecken). Zimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht und ein Zimmer mit Einzelbett erhalten. Ansprechpartner konnte nur Englisch aber war bemüht und freundlich. „Hotel“ ist vermutlich auf Langzeitmiete ausgelegt und nicht für einzelne Übernachtungen.
