De familiekamer is groot en tevens ook een mindervalide kamer. De slaapbank is verschrikkelijk. Lobby is leuk met spelletjes en speelse inrichting. Locatie is centraal, 3 minuten lopen naar het centrum. Schoonmaak kon beter, haren op beddengoed en vlekken op tapijt en wat vies tussen tegels badkamer.

Wir haben insgesamt 5 Zimmer gebucht. Personal freundlich, Frühstück top. Eines der Zimmer war leider nicht ganz so sauber, insbesondere Dusche/Waschbecken/WC hatten noch einige Reste der Vorgänger. One of the rudest front desk receptionist I’ve encountered- I went to the reception desk asking for an extra pillow and she got mad and said no-luckily her co-worker saw my expression and swooped in and said no problem ma’am…the breakfast buffet was sooo limited ans again I witnessed an employee telling a guest that they couldn’t help him with his request of two eggs cooked to his liking- there were three employees just standing around doing nothing 😳

In unserem Zimmer roch es extrem nach Chlor und der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Das haben wir gemeldet und es hiess, ja sie hätten ein Problem mit Chlor - mehr nicht. Am nächsten Morgen bekamen wir nach erneutem Reklamieren und starken Kopfschmerzen ein neues Zimmer, in welchem der Duschkopf nicht angehängt werden konnte, weil es nicht in die Öffnung passte. Man kann mit niemand zuständigem sprechen und es ist einfach nur ein richtig schlechter Service. Wir haben bis heute noch keine Antwort des Hotels. Die Preisleistung ist einfach nur richtig schlecht.
