"My stay was great, helpful staff answered all my questions I had no issues. Shuttle transportation between airport to and from hotel was excellent no long wait issues. My room was clean had all things I needed. Climate control no issues. Book your stay here you'll love it. I have stayed at this chain in several other states and the service is consistent through out they are my #1 choice and budget friendly. You will not be disappointed."

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Baltimore Downtown Convention Center Area
10/10 Excellent
"Staff very friendly. The rooms were cleaned and beds changed each day. The hallways leading to my room were clean and smelled fresh. It would be nice for dog lovers to be in area by themselves. A dog barked all through the night. And to think the a dog can be in any room is not a good idea. Some people may be allergic to dog hairs, some owners may let there dogs pee on the floor and they not know it. Even sleep on/in their beds with them. At that point are the comforters being entirely replaced after they leave. That was the only issue.... dogs/pets should have their own place in the hotel. Other than that great stay!"
