Quiet, peaceful, and cozy updated cabin is located midway between downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Experience the views of Deer Mountain from the solitude of the private patio, while watching deer, elk, big-horn sheep, bobcats, and perhaps even a bear wander through the property. Our lot is .75 acre and is covered in trees, rock boulders and amazing views. You will hear the rumbling of Fall River just a few hundred yards down the hill. The cabin is located in a cul-de-sac for maximum peace and quiet. Come and enjoy the brilliant night sky and the breathtaking sunset!

The main level master suite features a queen sized bed and full-size laundry facilities. The kitchen features granite counter tops, newer cabinetry and is well appointed with dishes, cookware, utensils. Appliances include: toaster, coffee maker, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Two tables for dining and gathering on the main level. The living room has new leather sofa w/ queen pull out sleeper and love seat with chairs complete with a large HD TV over the wood-burning fireplace.

Scenic outlook from the large front deck and cement patio in the back of cabin are the perfect place to end the day. Patio has a private full-size hot tub, gas grill, updated landscaping and patio table with 6 chairs. Upstairs loft area has updated 1/2 bathroom, great windows, one queen bed and one twin daybed with twin trundle. Cable and internet provided with complimentary WIFI, and land line phone available.

We live in Bennington, NE and enjoy coming out several times a year with our family. We are proud to share our "little cabin in the woods" with our guests and hope you will enjoy your stay! Please feel free to call or email me, at any time with questions.

We are a Pet free home due to family allergies. We do not allow pets in the home, this includes service and/or emotional support animals of any kind.
It is never allowed to cover or disarm any of the exterior cameras. If found tampering with security cameras you will be removed with no refund.

This was a very cute old cabin, renovated nicely. So quiet and relaxing. Had everything we needed. Nice soak in the hot tub after RMNP. Perfect for our family.

Thanksgiving get away

My family and I wanted to do something for Thanksgiving this year. Choosing this cabin was the perfect little get away. We had so much fun and it was an amazing experience for us! Fully equipped, the hot tub was perfect and there’s so much to do in the area.

A week at the cabin

We had a great time in this cabin! My daughter’s favorite part was the spiral staircase. We enjoyed having the house opened up for summer. Relaxing on the deck in the mornings & evenings with a gorgeous mountain view was so special! The hosts are very kind, the home was clean, and comfortable for our stay.

Surrounded by the Mountains

A very quaint little cabin nestled in the valley of surrounding mountains! This property is beautiful! It was close to the RMNP and just minutes from Estes downtown too! The kids loved all of the stuffed animals and the hot tub to end our days of hiking! Property was as described and communication with the owners was great! We loved our stay and found the mountains to be our home away from home!

Best rental we’ve ever stayed in!

The owners thought of everything: beach towels, games/toys for kids, blankets to cuddle with on the couch, plenty of firewood (and the fire starter/lighter to light a fire), shampoos/conditioner/soap in the bathroom, different laundry detergents to choose from...I could literally go on and on about the items provided that we never thought about bringing but absolutely needed. Everything was clean and comfortable. The expansive open space behind the house allowed our children to sled and build a snowman. When we come back to the Estes area, we will definitely try to rent this place again!

Relaxing Stay Near Everything

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Very pleased with all the upgraded appliances and amenities. It was a difficult trip for us as we took our 8th month old daughter on her first road trip. The cabin offered everything we needed to keep her happy. The location near the park and Estes Park was perfect. We were able to get wherever we needed to go very quickly. The hot tub was an added bonus and we really liked the gas grill for easy meals. We got to see a number of turkeys and deer. The turkeys came right up to the deck. Great entertainment for our little girl. We would definitely stay there again.

Cozy!

This little cabin in the mountains was perfect for a quick mini getaway over New Years with our teen boys (13,14). It’s in a super quiet location full of wildlife and great views. 100% need 4wheel drive to get up the driveway this time of year but they were great about keeping it plowed. Hot tub, fire place, fully stocked kitchen (I recommend adding a cutting board 😉), and comfortable beds. There was a bit of a mix up with the check in but nothing that wasn’t solved ASAP by the cleaners and homeowners. Overall 5 Stars! We’d all love to go back!

Great little cabin!

Met an old college friend in Estes for some hiking and fishing and this place was perfect for what we were looking for. Everything was clean and well taken care of and the proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park made it super convenient to be on the mountain hiking by 6:30am. It’s far enough away from town to feel quiet and secluded, but everything is within a 10-15 minute drive. The cabin itself was kind of rustic and reminded me of an old hunting camp (a good thing!). Mindy was great with communication and check-in was super easy. I would definitely stay here again if it was just 2-3 people…3 adults and it might be a little tight, but you’re not supposed to be inside anyhow when there’s so much to do. By the time you leave, you’ll be desensitized to elk and mule deer as they’re all over the town and around the cabin. We had mule deer bedded in our driveway several times and numerous elk grazing in the neighborhood every day.

Little Cabin in the Woods

The cabin is in a perfect location to visit the town of Estes Park, or Rocky Mountain National Park. It was a short drive to either. We arrived right at 4 pm, and had no problem entering the cabin, which was spotlessly clean and ready for us. The cabin is cozy, but designed tomake the most of the space available. The loft area would be ideal for a family with children. Mindy, the owner, was super responsive to any of our questions. The hot tub was wonderful, as was the wood-burning fireplace. There was plenty of firewood provided, which is a very nice feature. The only suggestion I would make would be to provide at least one more space heater. We happened to be there during the extreme cold snap and had a hard time keeping the cabin comfortable without the fireplace. I'm sure it's fine most times of the year.Overall our stay was excellent. We hope to be back sometime soon!

Wonderful Stay

This cabin was absolutely perfect for my family's first time in Estes Park. We loved all the wildlife around the cabin. We saw turkeys, rabbits, birds, and our first morning, there was a bull elk in the front yard! We did see elk throughout the week as well and that was always fun to get up and look out the windows to spot them. My daughter and I would get up and make pancakes and loved the view of the mountains from the kitchen. My sons and husband enjoyed building a fire each day in the cozy fireplace. The hot tub was also nice after a long day of exploring the area. The loft was perfect for the kids. We loved that the cabin was centrally located and most places we wanted to go to were under 10 minutes a day. Highly recommend!
